The Shared currency retreated to $1.0676 despite Fed minutes lacked surprise
Fundamental News

EUR/USD
The Shared currency lost ground to $1.0675 despite minutes of the Federal Reserve's May meeting confirmed the potential for a pause in rate hikes after two more half-point increases in June and July.

 

GBP/USD
The Sterling gained to $1.2560 following the publication of a report detailing COVID lockdown-breaching parties at the office of Britain's prime minister.

 

USD/JPY
The Japanese yen dropped to 127.38 against the U.S dollar as investors eyed US Gross Domestic Product numbers, which is due later today.

 

AUD/USD
The Aussie dollar pressured down to $0.7065 on the back of risk-negative headlines from China and Ukraine coupled with downbeat Aussie data.

 

USD/CAD
The Loonie traded flat at 1.2847 against the greenback despite a surge in oil prices.

 

USD/ZAR
South African rand slipped to 15.79 per U.S dollar ahead of S.A's March producer price inflation numbers.

 

USD/MUR
The dollar-rupee unbothered at 43.70(Selling).
