The Euro inched up ahead of the US August ISM Services Purchasing Managers Index report due this afternoon.

EUR/USD

The Euro inched up to $1.16 ahead of the US August ISM Services Purchasing Managers Index report due this afternoon. 

GBP/USD

The British Pound stayed put around $1.3495 amid Iran tensions support the USD. 

USD/JPY

The Japanese Yen firmed against the US Dollar at 157.67 after policymakers signaled the likelihood of higher interest rates before month-end.

AUD/USD

The Australian Dollar darted higher to $0.7161 following the release of Australian trade data and China's RatingDog Services PMI.

USD/CAD

The Canadian Dollar cheered positive at 1.3834 against the greenback despite the Bank of Canada leaving its policy rate unchanged at 2.25% yesterday, while warning that higher inflation risks and an uncertain recovery warrant a cautious approach.

USD/ZAR

The South African Rand leaned upward to $16.04 while higher oil prices driven by escalating Middle East conflict raised concerns about inflation and interest rates remaining elevated.

USD/MUR

The Dollar–Rupee retraced to 47.85 (selling) this morning.
