The Sterling sank as British employment data missed expectations.
Fundamental News

EUR/USD

The Single currency sapped to $1.1565, undermined by a no-confidence motion slapped on the newly re-appointed French PM Lecornu, while today's German consumer price reading came flat. 


GBP/USD

The Pound Sterling pummeled to $1.3275 after the release of the U.K. Unemployment Rate figure that missed expectations this morning. 


USD/JPY

The Japanese Yen initially sank to a low of 152.60 versus the U.S. dollar before swiftly gathering strength to trade at 151.70, on safe-haven demand after another escalation in trade tensions between the U.S. and China. 


AUD/USD

The Australian dollar nosedived to $0.6464 as minutes from the Reserve Bank of Australia revealed that voting members believe that policy is still restrictive, while also noting a "considerable uncertainty about global outlook." 


USD/CAD

The Canadian Dollar collapsed to 1.4051 on broad U.S. Dollar strength, amid the  U.S Fed's chair speech expected tonight. 


USD/ZAR

The Rand rolled back to 17.44 against the U.S. Dollar due to scanty local drivers and simmering global tensions threatening emerging markets. 


USD/MUR

The dollar-rupee climbed to 45.91 (selling) this morning.
