Euro faltered to $1.2180, amid market is eyeing for German IFO Expectations for January.

 

GBP/USD
The cable climbed to $1.3715 despite preliminary "flash" IHS Markit/CIPS UK Composite Purchasing Managers' Index fell more than expected to 40.6 in January.

 

USD/JPY
The Japanese Yen plummeted to 103.70 against the greenback as Japan’s government cuts view on private consumption for second straight month.

 

AUD/USD
The Aussie slipped to $0.7745 after preliminary data for December showed a larger-than-expected 4.2% drop in retail sales on Friday.

 

USD/ZAR
South African rand tumbled to $15.19 as China's travel restrictions pushed risk rally to fade.

 

USD/MUR
The Mauritian rupee stumbled at 39.95(selling) per dollar on the local market.
