Japanese yen clawed back ground to 104/dlr as looming winter chills vaccine cheer.
Fundamental News

EUR/USD
The Shared currency mounted to $1.1880 as U.S. retail sales came out below expectations in October, restrained by spiraling new COVID-19 infections and declining household income as millions of unemployed Americans lose government financial support.

GBP/USD
The pound sterling rose to $1.3264 against a broadly weaker U.S dollar while traders awaited news on the progress of trade talks between Britain and the European Union.

USD/JPY
The safe-haven Japanese yen sat near a one-week high at 104.00 against the U.S dollar as worries about rising coronavirus cases tempered optimism around promising vaccine trials.

AUD/USD
The Aussie dollar dropped to $0.7292 on downbeat Aussie Wage Price Index data earlier today.

USD/ZAR
South Africa's rand ticked down to 15.38/dlr ahead of a lending rates decision later in the week.

The dollar-rupee stayed unchanged at 40.30(selling).
