Listening to and learning from our staff
We provide staff with opportunities to provide feedback via suggestion boxes, regular employee engagement surveys and face-to-face meetings with members of the executive team. We don’t always get everything right, but when something goes wrong, we take steps to find the solution.

Helping young people get a foot in the door
Depending on the role, we offer permanent and fixed-term contracts to school leavers, graduates and experienced candidates alike. We also actively support the Mauritian Government’s Youth Employment Programme and offer placements, traineeships and internships to those who haven’t yet acquired any experience in the corporate world.
