U.S dollar extends rebound as investors await U.S. stimulus details
Fundamental News

EUR/USD
The Single currency meandered at $1.2153 on higher U.S. yields, as President-elect Joe Biden prepared to outline his plans for massive fiscal stimulus.

 

GBP/USD
The Pound sterling lost momentum to $1.3637 ahead of U.S data followed by Powell and Biden’s speech amid UK covid updates.

 

USD/JPY
The Japanese Yen dropped to 104.03 against the U.S dollar despite Japan's PPI data came above expectations earlier today.

 

AUD/USD
The Aussie dollar held on gains at 0.7760 as China's export growth beat estimates.

 

USD/ZAR
The South African rand steadied at 15.25 against the greenback, after a recovery rally in the previous session, and as the dollar rebounded and U.S. yields held near recent highs.

 

USD/MUR
The dollar-rupee idled at 39.70(selling) on the domestic market.
