Additionally, e-commerce transactions may also be impacted, as they rely on OTP verification. Please note that this issue applies only to customers who have selected email as their sole OTP delivery channel. OTP delivery via SMS remains fully operational and is not affected.

Our technical teams are actively working to resolve this issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
