Inaccessibility of our Cards Mobile App

We wish to inform you that we are presently experiencing a technical issue impacting the access to the AfrAsia Cards Mobile App whereby some customers may experience a login issue, where they will be requested to re-register their card on the Mobile App.

Customers will have to select the ‘forgot mPin’ on the application home screen in case they are having the  error message: “Your card is already registered on another mobile number”.

We thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
