Removal of Service Request Field on Internet Banking
We wish to inform you that, in view of centralising our services for an improved experience, the ‘Service Request’ field will be removed from our Internet Banking platform as from Wednesday 01 October 2021. Henceforth, we invite you to submit all your requests for new cheque book, bank draft/Office cheque by email to our Client Services Team at CSD-ConsumerBanking@afrasiabank.com.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind understanding.
