Pleased be informed that we are presently reviewing our XtraMiles Loyalty Program and will be embarking on a journey to enhance the program to include new features and benefits.

While we transition to the new platform and enhanced capabilities, the platform will not be available for redemption from 7 April 2018 until 31 August 2018. 

 

We advise you as under:

 

1. You will continue to earn XtraMiles on all your credit card purchases during the aforementioned period.

2. For all XtraMiles expiring during the enhancement period till the end of the year, the validity will be automatically extended till 31 December 2018.

3. All other XtraMiles terms and conditions remain unchanged.
