Triple Win for AfrAsia Bank at Euromoney Awards

Building on its December 2023 win of "Bank of the Year Mauritius" by The Banker, AfrAsia Bank continued its impressive streak at the Euromoney Global Private Banking Awards 2024 held in London on 21^st March 2024. The bank secured three remarkable awards: Best Private Bank in Mauritius, Best Bank for Investment Research and Best Bank for the High Net Worth. Established in 1992, Euromoney rigorously evaluates banks based on profitability, growth, outperformance compared to peers, and adaptability to evolving market conditions and client needs.

 

Commenting on the Bank’s accomplishments, Euromoney jury said: “AfrAsia Bank was the clear winner for the Mauritius’ Best Private Bank thanks to its outstanding financial performance. This was apparent through its investment portfolios, which outperformed several international benchmarks, and vastly profitability across private banking thanks to the creation of a new Wealth & Investment Solutions department.”
