We wish to inform you of important upcoming changes regarding our previous Internet Banking platform as we complete the transition to our enhanced Online Banking platform.

 

Please take note of the following key dates:

• As from Friday 11 September 2026, you will no longer be able to initiate transactions on the previous Internet Banking platform. All new transactions will need to be initiated through the enhanced Online Banking platform.
• The previous Internet Banking platform will remain accessible until Wednesday 16 September 2026, after which it will be discontinued.
  
  

We therefore strongly encourage all clients who have not yet transitioned to the enhanced Online Banking platform to do so before Friday, 11 September 2026, to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted banking experience.
