Communiqué - Resignation of CEO
The Board of AfrAsia Bank Limited has accepted the resignation of Malachy McAllister as the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, effective 27 June 2022.
Thierry Vallet, Founder Executive and General Manager, has been appointed as Interim CEO. Thierry has the full support of the Board of Directors and Management Team to shoulder this responsibility and ensure business continuity.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, we thank Malachy for his contribution during his tenure at the Bank and wish him well for the future.
