Following an article published in Weekend Newspaper on 19 August 2018, the Bank advises that there is no link whatsoever between the Bastos court orders and the resignation of AfrAsia Bank’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr Vijit Yadav.

 

The latter has decided to leave the Bank for personal reasons and pursue other options in the development of his career. Mr Yadav has given the required notice according to his contractual agreement and will be with the Bank until 31 October 2018. The Bank wishes him success in his future endeavors.
