Develop programmes for existing software packages and new solutions as required to meet the needs of the Bank- Web development and maintenance.

The Business Support Supervisor will have to assist the Head of Business Support for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Branch and of the Business Support Department (viz: Trade Finance, Clearing, Local and International Payments) in order to deliver an outstanding customer service to external and internal customers.
Prerequisites
The Customer Service Officer functions within the Business Support Team in order to deliver an outstanding customer service to external and internal customers.
