It is our priority to develop leaders in every level of our business; that is why Performance Management is important to us.

If you join the AfrAsia Bank team, you will have a performance review at least once a year, career discussion and regular coaching with your Line Manager. After all, if you are going to develop and meet your goals, you will need support and guidance.

You begin by discussing your career plans and ambitions with your Line Manager, so you can decide between you what you need to do next. Then it's over to you to make it happen.
